Project Overview
We were engaged by a leading textile mill in Gazipur to resolve persistent yarn breakage issues caused by unstable humidity on the spinning floor.
Our team surveyed the facility, sized and supplied a combination of industrial humidifiers and dehumidifiers, and commissioned an automated humidity control system tied to real-time sensors across the production floor.
Post-installation, the mill reported significantly reduced yarn breakage and more consistent yarn quality, along with measurable energy savings from precise, sensor-driven climate control instead of manual adjustment.
